Cecil Street Bed and Breakfast has two spacious and airy bedrooms. The front bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. A roll away single trundle bed is also available to accommodate additional family members.
Both rooms have a leafy garden outlook and have freshly ironed linen. An electric blanket, a good quality doona/duvet, a heater, and a ceiling fan ensure guests are comfortable in all temperatures. Rooms provide ample hanging space and drawers.
The newly renovated guest bathroom with bath, shower* and toilet runs off the hall in very close proximity to the bedrooms. Fluffy white towels, a hairdryer, heated towel racks, bathrobes and luxury bath products are supplied.
* Please note the shower is over the bath.
The cosy sitting/breakfast room is a comfortable room in which to relax between sightseeing outings. It is well equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, microwave, TV/DVD player, crockery and cutlery. There is a small dining table and chairs and a two-seater sofa for relaxing with a book or watching TV. A good selection of DVDs, books, and magazines is available.
A continental breakfast is served in the sitting/breakfast room at a time of your choosing. The attractively presented breakfast consists of croissants, breads, fresh fruit, juice, and yoghurt. Guests may also choose to poach or boil eggs in the egg-cooker provided. There is a selection of teas and freshly brewed coffee on offer. Any special dietary needs will be catered for where possible.
Alternatively guests may choose to self cater.
The front porch/veranda is another quiet place to relax and unwind and is for the exclusive use of guests. Both the porch and garden are tucked in behind the front fence, which creates a feeling of privacy from the street.
